Cancellation Policy:

Check-In Time: 2pm – 10pm     Check Out Time: before 10am

Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to the availability of the Unit on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the reception/ front office staff.

A levy is chargeable for late check-out after 10am. 

Room not occupied by 10pm hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Refund Policy:

For Peak Season (December and April), all reservations payments are non-refundable. Payments should be paid in full during reservations. A full night rate will be chargeable for check out after 10am.

Standard Season:  Reservation is allowed to be modified/cancelled online on your own before the arrival date:

 

• • 20 days before arrival: 50% refund will be made for cancellations

• • 7 days before arrival: 25% refund will be made for cancellations

• • Less than 7 days: No refund will be made

• • Early Check-out: There will be No Refund made for any unutilized nights.

All guests must produce a valid ID/ passport upon Check-in
